These terms apply to purchases made from A&B Motors through abmotorsla.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Everything we sell is a used, recycled OEM part removed from a salvage vehicle, unless a listing states otherwise. Every part is inventoried and, where the yard grades it, graded when the donor vehicle is catalogued — that is what the condition on a listing reports. Most parts stay on the donor until somebody buys them; those are pulled and inspected before they ship. A part that has already been removed from the donor when it is listed is inspected before sale. Listing photographs are taken at our own facility and are never stock images: they show either the part being sold or the donor vehicle it was removed from, and each listing states which. Minor cosmetic wear — scratches, scuffs, fading, dirt — is normal on a used part and is not a defect.

Fitment

Listings show the vehicle applications a part interchanges with, based on industry interchange data. This information is a guide, not a guarantee for your specific vehicle. Options, trim, engine size, drivetrain, and mid-year production changes can affect fitment. We strongly recommend confirming with us — call 985-748-7195 with your VIN before ordering. A part that does not fit may be returned under our 90-day money-back warranty.

Availability and pricing

Our inventory is one-of-a-kind: in most cases there is exactly one of each part. Listings are updated from our yard system, but a part may sell in person before the site catches up. If a part you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and refund you in full.

We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Warranty

All parts carry a 90-day money-back warranty as described in our Refund Policy. That warranty is the complete extent of our obligation. We do not cover labor, installation, removal, towing, rental, or any consequential or incidental damages. Where the law does not permit these limits, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the part.

Shipping

Shipping terms are described on our Shipping page. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes on delivery; report shipping damage to us promptly and we will handle the carrier claim.

Cores

No listing on this site carries a core charge. The price shown is the whole price of the part: nothing is held back pending the return of an old unit, and there is no core to send us. If that ever changes, the listing itself will state the charge, how long you have to return the core, who pays that shipping, and what condition it has to come back in — a core charge without those four things is not something a buyer can act on.

Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for giving us a correct shipping address and correct vehicle information. Reshipping costs caused by an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
