Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made from A&B Motors through abmotorsla.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Everything we sell is a used, recycled OEM part removed from a salvage vehicle, unless a listing states otherwise. Parts are inspected before listing, and each listing's photographs show the actual part being sold. Minor cosmetic wear — scratches, scuffs, fading, dirt — is normal on a used part and is not a defect.

Fitment

Listings show the vehicle applications a part interchanges with, based on industry interchange data. This information is a guide, not a guarantee for your specific vehicle. Options, trim, engine size, drivetrain, and mid-year production changes can affect fitment. We strongly recommend confirming with us — call 985-748-7195 with your VIN before ordering. A part that does not fit may be returned under our 90-day money-back warranty.

Availability and pricing

Our inventory is one-of-a-kind: in most cases there is exactly one of each part. Listings are updated from our yard system, but a part may sell in person before the site catches up. If a part you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and refund you in full.

We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Warranty

All parts carry a 90-day money-back warranty as described in our Refund Policy. That warranty is the complete extent of our obligation. We do not cover labor, installation, removal, towing, rental, or any consequential or incidental damages. Where the law does not permit these limits, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the part.

Shipping

Shipping terms are described on our Shipping page. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes on delivery; report shipping damage to us promptly and we will handle the carrier claim.

Cores

Where a core charge applies it is stated on the product page and refunded when the old unit is returned in rebuildable condition.

Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for giving us a correct shipping address and correct vehicle information. Reshipping costs caused by an incorrect address are the customer's responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
